At Doublescoop Clothing, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

No Returns or Exchanges

All items are custom printed on demand. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order, as we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got your back. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
